Smoked and gravlax

Continuing a long, Norwegian tradition of salted and smoked salmon, we adjust the flavor to suit each market´s preference. Gravlax is a salt and sugar cured salmon and is a wonderful addition to a brunch buffet, open faced sandwich or on canapes.
